I have been an educator for more than two decades working as the lead instructor in middle school through college classrooms and as a professional tutor. I was also the coordinator of two college tutoring programs with a staff of 20-30 tutors that I trained and mentored.

I am College & Reading Language Association (CRLA) certified at the highest level, and I have certified dozens of tutors in this internationally recognized tutor training program.
​
I hold a master's degree in Humanistic Psychology where I was trained in client-centered approaches. I have used this training extensively in educational settings..
